Piping Engineer
Job Description
The contract resources shall manage the chemical plant mechanical equipments and piping erection activities in the following areas:
1. Supervision of Equipment erection and rigging - e, g Reactors, Pumps, Driers, centrifuges, heat exchangers....
2. Supervision of piping fabrication and installation - SS/MS/PTFE piping
3. Good at reading ISOMETRIC piping drawings, PIDs, basic civil foundation drawings to guide the team
4. Piping material and Spares planning and expedition of PO materials
5. Good at Contract Manpower management to ensure on time completion of mechanical activities as above
6. Safety adherence as per site policy with PPEs and Permit systems
7. Performance monitoring and reporting to superiors
8. Proactive approach to avoid execution delays and safety incidents
