3Modeler/Designer/Piping Engineer/Detailing Engineer

Minimum 3 years Diploma in Mech. Engg/ BE/Post Graduation not required

1. Will be responsible for 3D modelling using AutoCAD/Inventor

2. Will be responsible for detailed engineering of piping systems based on the process requirement & P&ID.

3. Will be responsible for selecting appropriate piping support, connections, instruments etc. based on the customer/client specifications required for completing detailed 3D model

4. Will be responsible for generation of manufacturing drawings/fabrication drawings/isometrics

5. Will be responsible for generating detailed MTO/BOM.

6. Will be responsible for preparing Technical Delivery Conditions(TDC)/ Material specification for procurement.

7. Will be able to get the detailed 3D model review done from client/customer/end user.

8. Will be able to create detailed structural support and structural drawings for fabrication. 9. Shall have a good understanding of instruments and its application such as PT,PG,LG,LT,PRV,NRV etc.

10. Shall have a good understanding of usage of piping components such as Filter, Strainer, Valves etc.

11. Good understanding of packaging units such as skid, console will have an added benefits.

Essential

1. Shall be able to understand & prepare P&ID.

2. Must have knowledge of piping standard such B31.3, B36.10,36.19, B16.9, B16.11, B16.5.

3. Familiar with international/national standards such as ASME, ISO, DIN, IBR, API, IS etc.

4. Knowledge of different material chemistry & its application will be an added advantage.

5. Shall have good written & verbal communications
