Reading and Interpreting Blueprints:
Study and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Material Selection:
Select appropriate materials based on project specifications, considering factors such as pipe size, type, and application.
Cutting and Welding:
Utilize cutting tools to shape pipes according to design specifications.
Employ welding techniques (such as TIG, MIG, or Stick welding) to join pipes and fabricate components.
Assembly and Fitting:
Assemble and fit pipes, fittings, and components according to project requirements.
Ensure proper alignment and accuracy in accordance with design specifications.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on fabricated components to ensure they meet industry standards and project specifications.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all fabrication processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize safety risks.
Tool and Equipment Maintenance:
