\ \xef\xbf\xbd PingFederate-L3 (Mandatory) \ \xef\xbf\xbd Identity and Access Management-L3 \ \xef\xbf\xbd Expertise in Installation/ rebuilding / upgrading / migration/patching on any one of SSO products- OAM, Secureauth, Ping Identity, okta \ \xef\xbf\xbd Performance / tuning exposure of SSO product \ \xef\xbf\xbd Expertise in Authentication protocols and frameworks SAML / OAUTH / WS-FED / WS-TRUST, AWS IAM \ \xef\xbf\xbd Experience in doing various ways of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) \ \xef\xbf\xbd Good knowledge of SSL / TLS /ldaps protocols \ \xef\xbf\xbd Knowledge in certificate/Digital Signature works for data transit & certificate renewal process \ \xef\xbf\xbd Understanding of Rest API and SOAP security protocols \ \xef\xbf\xbd Experience in Power Shell \ \xef\xbf\xbd Good understanding of authentication methodologies, Identity Federation and access management \ \xef\xbf\xbd Ability to articulate problem and option for solution to different types of audience \ \xef\xbf\xbd Work with IAM 3rd party supplier(s) and across technology towers to resolve complex product issues \ \xef\xbf\xbd Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, cross functional issues \ \xef\xbf\xbd Exposure to ITIL process and experience in service now or any ticketing tool \ \xef\xbf\xbd Good Experience in tracking SLA, KPI, OPIs and reporting \ \xef\xbf\xbd Drive service improvement & automation programs PingFederate
