Job description - Business Finance Consultant

CTC - INR 10 LPA (Fixed) + INR 2 LPA (variable)

Location - Mumbai/Pune (Work from office only)

Job brief

We are looking to hire Chartered Accountants in the Business Finance Role for our investee companies

Role & Responsibilities

1) Prepare Business Reports and Annual Operating Plans. Continuously monitor actual Business performance against the projection and guiding business team for adherence;

2) Lead business unit monthly review with founders including overall business strategy, Key KPI\'s, financial projections and past performance;

3) Lead and execute process improvement initiatives for the business unit;

4) Prepare periodic reports by closely working with the business to understand performance, issues, and trends covering the financial statements. Help define the key financial and operational metrics and track the financial health of Business Unit;

5) Stakeholder management: Manage stakeholders across all BUs and functions;

6) Handle complex adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making;

Qualification and skills

1) Chartered Accountant with maximum of 3 attempts

2) 0-1 years of post qualification experience

3) Articleship from big 4/ top tier CA firm

4) Proficiency in English, strong negotiation and communication skills

5) Ability to develop good relationships

6) Exceptional time-management and multitasking skills

7) Ability to work independently under strict deadlines

8) Have the right mix of presentation and analytical skills to process unstructured data/problems and convert them to simple and meaningful insights to reach conclusions

9) Excellent cross functional working experience and the ability to influence without reporting structure
