Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Appearance and Safety of the Fitness Floor.
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve the appearance of the equipment and facility.
- Assist Members with Exercise Programs.
- Provide member one complimentary Pilates training session.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Achieve accepted GYM conversion and retention percentages.
- Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction.
- Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
- Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills.
- Experience teaching group classes.
- Currently holds or pursuing Personal Training Certification (NASM, NSCA, and/or ACSM).
- Exhibit and practice a high level of dedication to THE GYM\xe2\x80\x99s vision, mission and culture.
- Must be available to work a variety of work hours including day, evening, weekends and holidays.
- Must represent oneself in a professional, ethical and respectful manner at all times.
- Lead private Pilates Sessions.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Learn/develop signature class formats.
- Vast knowledge of current group fitness trends.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Assist in cross-discipline team-building efforts.
- Clean designated group exercise room pre/post class.
