Job Overview :

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking products from the warehouse shelves, packing them for shipment, and ensuring all inventory records are maintained properly. This role ensures smooth and timely order fulfillment, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Order Picking : Accurately pick orders based on picking lists or order tickets, ensuring the right products are selected in the correct quantity.
• Inventory Management : Ensure proper storage and handling of items while picking to avoid damage. Report low stock or damaged goods to the supervisor.
• Packing : Safely pack the picked items into boxes for shipping, ensuring items are secure and labeled correctly.
• Quality Control : Verify the picked items against orders to ensure accuracy and quality before packing.
• Labeling : Label packages with necessary shipping details, including addresses, barcodes, and product identifiers.
• Stock Replenishment : Assist with replenishing stock in the warehouse shelves when needed.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of inventory and picking activities.
• Safety & Cleanliness : Follow safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure safe lifting practices are followed.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse staff, such as packers, inventory controllers, and shipping personnel, to meet order fulfillment goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
