Job role : Warehouse Worker

Qualification: SSC/Inter/Any Graduate

Eligibility: Fresher or Experienced

Salary: Rs.12,000 to Rs.16,000 (depends on experience)

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently from designated locations within the warehouse.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items and ensure they match the order specifications.
• Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials and methods to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages with correct shipping information and ensure they are ready for dispatch.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to facilitate easy access to products.
• Assist in stock replenishment and restocking shelves as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the relevant authority for resolution.
• Keep accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
