Job Title: Picker and Packer

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment for both our B2B and B2C operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Picking Orders:

• Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
• Verify product codes (SKUs) and quantities against the order list.
• Ensure all items are in good condition before packing.

2. Packing Orders:

• Safely and efficiently pack items into appropriate boxes or packaging materials.
• Label packages with accurate shipping information.
• Ensure all packages are securely sealed and ready for dispatch.

3. Quality Control:

• Double-check picked items for accuracy and quality before packing.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor immediately.

4. Inventory Management Support:

• Assist with stock checks and inventory counts as required.
• Keep track of packaging materials and report when supplies need replenishment.

5. Warehouse Organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring items are stored correctly.
• Assist in rearranging products in the warehouse for better accessibility.

6. Dispatch Assistance:

• Prepare orders for dispatch by organizing packages according to delivery schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or packing role is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Physically fit and able to lift packages and stand for long periods.
• Basic understanding of inventory management is preferred.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
