Experience : 2-4 yrs clinical / hospital experience

Key Responsibilities:

General Wellness:

Provide expert consultations on general wellness concerns and lifestyle modifications.

Design personalized wellness plans to address individual client needs.

Pain

Management:

Performing thorough assessment

Develop and implement effective pain management programs for clients.

Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Sports Recovery Programs:

Design and implement sports recovery programs for athletes and sports enthusiasts.

Utilize various techniques to optimize recovery and prevent injuries.

Chronic Disease Management:

Develop comprehensive care plans for clients with chronic diseases.

Plan, prepare, and monitor the progression of chronic disease management.

Slimming Management:

Design and oversee slimming programs tailored to clients' weight loss or body toning goals.

Educate clients on healthy eating habits and exercise routines.

Client/Patient Relations and Follow-up:

Address client concerns and queries promptly.

Conduct regular follow-ups to chart the progress.

Research and Development:

Conduct research to explore different conditions/ailments the modalities can manage.

Integrate latest research findings into client care and update protocols accordingly.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

:

Collaborate with other wellness professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

Participate in marketing and promotional activities to support the wellness program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Physiotherapy . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationship with clients and team members. Previous experience in clinic / hospitals. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
