About Knee Xpert:

Knee Xpert is a leading healthcare provider specializing in advanced treatments for knee and hip pain. Our mission is to offer effective, personalized care to improve the quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction: Call and interact with patients to understand their pain issues and provide detailed explanations of how Knee Xpert can offer solutions for their knee and hip pain.

Disease Education: Explain diseases, symptoms, causes, and available treatments to patients in an understandable manner.

Report Analysis: Read and examine X-ray and MRI reports to provide accurate assessments.

Physiotherapy Sessions: Provide online and personal physiotherapy sessions tailored to patient needs.

Team Coordination: Work closely with various teams and departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.

Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Marathi, Gujarati, and Telugu is an added advantage.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to explain complex medical information in a simple manner, and a patient-centric approach.

Additional Qualities: Ability to work efficiently within a team, good organizational skills, and a proactive attitude towards patient care.
