He then took on leadership roles at startups like Healthkart and PayU, then he built the initial customer experience and supply chain for Shuttle. Later, he brought his expertise to Tata1mg, guiding their operations with the same innovative spirit. Vishwas is known for his ability to drive excellence and innovation in the startup world.RoleAs a Physiotherapist at Nivaan Care, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve patients\' physical function, alleviate pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient\'s needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients\' diagnoses and specific goals.
• Utilize various physiotherapy techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy, to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor patients\' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, pain management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with Pain Management Specialist to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy and pain management practices through continuous education and professional development.

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physiotherapist.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in pain management or rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
