Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist at The Doorstep Clinic located in Pune. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients' conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, documenting observations and treatment plans and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal recovery. They will provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, educate patients on exercises and self-care techniques, and monitor and report their progress during therapy. The Physiotherapist will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and passionate physiotherapist with 0-6 months of experience.
• Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.
• Experience in working with patients of all ages.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in implementing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
• Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics and medical terminologies related to Physiotherapy.
• Excellent manual therapy skills.
• Ability to implement therapeutic exercise in the available environment to promote mobility, functional necessities and quality of life of the patient.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Pune.
• Additional certifications or specialization in specific areas of physiotherapy (e.g., sports rehabilitation, geriatric care, pediatric physiotherapy) will be an advantage.
• Owning a vehicle and residency in Pune are mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?16,250.00 per month
