Job Title: Learning and Development Associate

Job Location: [Noida Sector 62]

Job Summary:

As a Learning and Development Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create training materials, and ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess training needs and gaps within the organization.

2. Content Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, manuals, and guides.

3. Training Delivery: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees at all levels.

4. Learning Management System (LMS): Manage and maintain the organization\'s LMS, including course enrollment, tracking completion, and generating reports.

5. Evaluation: Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Make recommendations for improvements.

6. Program Coordination: Assist in the planning and logistics of training programs, including scheduling, booking venues, and coordinating with trainers or instructors.

7. Employee Development: Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans for employees and track their progress.

8. Compliance: Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (Master\'s degree or relevant certification is a plus).

- Proven experience in learning and development, human resources, or a related field (X years).

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software/tools.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts is a plus.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
