Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physics Teacher to teach students of Class 11 & 12 , as well as aspirants preparing for JEE and NEET . The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of fundamental and advanced concepts in physics, coupled with the ability to inspire and engage students in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Physics (Class 11 & 12 syllabus, JEE & NEET syllabus).
• Simplify complex concepts and help students build strong conceptual understanding.
• Prepare and conduct engaging classroom sessions and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Develop and distribute practice materials, notes, and worksheets.
• Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student progress.
• Analyze test results and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Stay updated on the latest syllabus and exam patterns for JEE and NEET.
• Collaborate with other faculty members for cross-disciplinary integration and activities.

Requirements:

• A postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc. or equivalent) or Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech with a strong physics background).
• At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in Physics for Class 11 & 12, JEE, or NEET.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom equipment.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students for high-stakes competitive exams.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
