Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physics education to students, preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and fostering a stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teaching and Instruction:
• Develop and deliver engaging physics lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of students.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum standards.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
• Curriculum Development:
• Contribute to the development and review of the physics curriculum.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physics and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Design and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student performance.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and promote a safe learning space.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional strategies.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events as required.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor students during laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as science clubs or competitions, to promote interest in physics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
