Job Description

: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Physics Teacher to teach students in 10th, 11th, and 12th standards, following the ICSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons that cater to the learning needs of high school students. You will be responsible for preparing lessons, conducting experiments, providing assessments, and fostering a deeper understanding of Physics concepts.

Key Responsibilities:Teach Physics to students in 10th, 11th, and 12th standards, in line with the ICSE curriculum.Develop and deliver engaging lessons on topics such as mechanics, thermodynamics, optics, electricity, and magnetism.Plan and conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols and hands-on learning experiences.Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and practical exams, providing constructive feedback.Guide students in preparing for board exams, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident.Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and grades.Participate in school meetings, staff training, and professional development activities.Create an interactive and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore complex concepts.Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the overall development and well-being of students.Ensure that the curriculum is followed, while also incorporating innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and comprehension.

Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field.Proven experience as a Physics Teacher for ICSE board students, especially in 10th, 11th, and 12th standards.Deep understanding of Physics concepts, with the ability to explain complex topics in an easily understandable way.Strong practical knowledge of laboratory work and experiments related to Physics.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with diverse groups of students and adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve excellence in Physics.

Preferred Qualifications:PG qualification is often required B.Ed. or other relevant teaching certification.Familiarity with the ICSE curriculum and examination system.Experience using digital tools and online platforms for teaching and assessments.
