Overview: Diyanvi Edu Tech, a leading online tutorial platform, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physics Lecturer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about teaching and eager to make a positive impact on students' academic journeys. The position starts as part-time with the potential to transition to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative Physics sessions for students online.
• Record all teaching sessions to provide students with the ability to review the material.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and materials tailored to students' needs and curriculum standards.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and techniques in Physics.
• Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
• Participate in periodic training sessions to improve teaching skills and methodologies.

Mandatory Points:

• Recording Sessions: All teaching sessions must be recorded to ensure students can access and review the lessons.
• Transition to Full-Time: Be prepared to transition from a part-time to a full-time role in the future as required by the company.
• Work Schedule: The working days are Monday to Saturday, with Sundays as the week off.
• Notice Period: A notice period of 45 days is mandatory for any resignation or termination of the contract.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physics, Msc or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Physics, preferably in an online setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in a virtual learning environment.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
