Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lectures for JEE (Main/Advanced) and NEET aspirants.
• Break down complex topics like Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, and Modern Physics into simpler concepts for better comprehension.
• Develop and conduct topic-wise and full-length tests, including problem-solving sessions for JEE and NEET syllabi.
• Syllabus Expertise
• Cover the NCERT syllabus for NEET and advanced concepts for JEE effectively.
• Highlight differences in exam approaches: NEET's focus on conceptual clarity and speed, and JEE's emphasis on advanced problem-solving and application.
• Student Performance Monitoring
• Regularly assess student performance through tests, homework, and interactive discussions.
• Provide detailed feedback and individual guidance to improve weak areas.
• Content Development
• Create high-quality study materials, notes, and test papers, ensuring alignment with current exam trends.
• Update and refine teaching methods and materials based on evolving exam patterns and student feedback.
• Mentorship & Guidance
• Motivate students to excel in Physics by demonstrating the real-life applications of concepts.
• Address students' doubts with patience and clarity, encouraging a passion for problem-solving.
• Collaboration & Professional Development
• Work closely with other subject faculties to maintain academic consistency.
• Participate in periodic faculty training programs to stay updated on teaching methodologies and syllabus changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?85,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
