We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Physics and Chemistry teacher to join our team on a part-time basis to help our students achieve their academic goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Quality Instruction: Plan and conduct engaging and effective lessons in Physics and Chemistry for IIT aspirants.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and update course materials, practice questions, and mock tests in line with the latest IIT syllabus and exam patterns.
• Student Assessment: Regularly assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Doubt Clearing Sessions: Conduct doubt clearing sessions to address individual student queries and ensure thorough understanding of complex concepts.
• Mentorship: Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them set and achieve their goals.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the IIT exam pattern and syllabus, and incorporate them into teaching methods.
• Collaborate with Peers: Work closely with other faculty members to ensure consistency and quality in the delivery of the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master's degree or higher in Physics or Chemistry from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the IIT-JEE level or equivalent competitive exams.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Physics and Chemistry concepts relevant to the IIT syllabus.
• Teaching Skills: Strong pedagogical skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage students effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms for conducting virtual classes, if required.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to develop and solve high-level IIT-JEE problems.
• Student Engagement: Experience in motivating and inspiring students to achieve their best potential.
