Qualifications: Nursing - M.Sc Nursing, Asst Physician or Pharmacist
Designation specific job profile/ Job description :
1) The position of case manager consists of providing care , assist the patients with their medical management .
2) case manager will be allocated with their set of patients every day whom they need to provide end to end service . And so , they becomes first person of contact .
3) we are looking for a candidate whose qualifications will be Msc Nursing with minimum 60 % of academic performance.
