Patient Care:

Responsibilities:

Obtain and document comprehensive patient histories, including chief complaint, history of present illness, past medical history, surgical history, social history, and family history. Perform physical examinations, including ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic tests (e.g., laboratory tests, X-rays, EKGs). Help in prescribing medications, ordering therapies, and providing patient education. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Assist with minor in-office procedures and surgical procedures as delegated by the supervising physician. Provide patient counseling and education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Administrative Tasks:

Complete necessary documentation for patient encounters, including progress notes, orders, and referrals. Participate in quality improvement activities and other departmental initiatives, including daily patient and KPI data updation. May be involved in patient scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Professional Development:

Maintain continuing medical education requirements to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
