Physical Security and Health & Safety Officer
Gurugram/Bangalore, IndiaThe Physical Security and health officer under the responsibility of the Head of Physical Security and Safety is a contributor to the management of physical security (protection of people and physical assets against intentional actions: Crime, terrorism, political and social instability) and Health& Safety as an oversight function. Its objective is to ensure consistent risk-based protection for our staff and assets across AXA XL. This is a global function and a lot of interactions with the execution function (mainly with Workplace) are required. The function follows the rules defined within Group Security Instructions and AXA XL Global Policies for each pillar: Organization, Site Security & Safety, Safe Travel, Incident Response and Health and Safety.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Define and implement the Global Policies.\xc2\xb7 Define, implement, and communicate on the different Plans in local (Safe travel, Site Plans, ).\xc2\xb7 Conduct assurance reviews and ensure that all policies, plans, and procedures are implemented, updated properly, and communicated to all staff.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that staff is aware of his individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures.\xc2\xb7 Implement and manage the Awareness and Training Campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Implement PS and HS risk assessment.\xc2\xb7 Perform the PS and HS compliance reviews.\xc2\xb7 Review the Remediation Plans.\xc2\xb7 Manage the Maturity Tables and other reporting according to Group Security requirements.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with related departments to ensure a coordinated management of physical security and safety (Workplace, Human Resources, Operational Resilience and Information Security, Communications).\xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze international requirements for safety management and global duty of care.\xc2\xb7 Identify and analyze emerging risks linked to the international safety environment.\xc2\xb7 Share best practices globally between emerging and developed entities.\xc2\xb7 Provide support, advice and training as required.\xc2\xb7 Promote AXA XL's safety culture and organization.\xc2\xb7 Assist in maintaining requirements of DJSI and Global duty of care.You will report to the Head of Physical Security & Safety.QualificationsSHARE your talentWere looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Physical Security management and/or Health and Safety experience.\xc2\xb7 Capacity to work under stress.\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English.\xc2\xb7 Trained (or willing to be trained) in physical security management.Desired Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 Dynamic, proactive, organized personality.\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and speciality risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
