ob Summary: The PGT Sports will be responsible for overseeing and instructing students in various sports and physical education activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sports techniques, coaching, and physical fitness, combined with the ability to motivate and engage students in physical activities. This role includes designing and implementing sports programs, managing sports facilities, and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sports Instruction and Coaching:
• Develop and deliver sports and physical education programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Teach and demonstrate techniques for a range of sports, including but not limited to, soccer, basketball, cricket, athletics, and swimming.
• Provide individual and team coaching, focusing on skill development, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Program Development and Management:
• Design and implement a comprehensive sports curriculum that meets educational standards and promotes physical fitness.
• Organize and conduct sports events, tournaments, and competitions both within and outside the school.
• Develop training schedules, practice plans, and performance assessments for students.
• Student Assessment and Development:
• Assess students' physical abilities and progress in various sports activities.
• Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their athletic goals.
• Identify and nurture talented students for advanced training and competitive opportunities.
• Classroom and Facility Management:
• Maintain and manage sports equipment, facilities, and resources to ensure they are in good condition and safe for use.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all sports activities are conducted in a secure environment.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of sports facilities.
