: Physical Education (PTI) Instructor

Position Title: Physical Education Instructor (PTI)
Location: PSN School, Lamachaur
Reports To: Principal/Head of Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Physical Education Curriculum Delivery:
• Plan, organize, and deliver engaging physical education classes aligned with the school's curriculum.
• Teach students a variety of sports, physical activities, and fitness programs that promote teamwork, discipline, and physical well-being.
• Skill Development and Training:
• Develop students' motor skills, coordination, and physical fitness through structured activities.
• Conduct coaching sessions for inter-school and intra-school sports competitions.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure the safety of students during physical activities by maintaining proper discipline and following safety protocols.
• Educate students about the importance of health, nutrition, and personal fitness.
• Event Coordination:
• Organize and oversee school sporting events, annual sports day, and physical activity programs.
• Collaborate with staff to arrange competitions and recreational activities.
• Assessment and Reporting:
• Evaluate students' performance in physical education and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
• Equipment and Facility Management:
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
• Submit requirements for new equipment or repairs to school management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• Experience: Prior teaching/coaching experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sports, physical fitness, and wellness education.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate actively in physical activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in first aid or basic life support (preferred).

• Outdoor and indoor settings, including sports fields, gymnasiums, and classrooms.
