Job Description

• Physical Fitness Instruction : They design and lead physical education classes to teach students various exercises, sports, and fitness techniques. This includes demonstrating proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
• Health Education : They educate students on the importance of physical activity, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices. This may involve discussing topics such as the benefits of exercise, balanced diets, and the risks of sedentary behavior.
• Fitness Assessment : Physical trainers conduct assessments to evaluate students' fitness levels and progress over time. This could include measuring flexibility, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
• Personalized Exercise Plans : They may create personalized exercise plans for students who have specific fitness goals or needs, such as improving strength or flexibility.
• Promoting Sportsmanship and Teamwork : Through organized sports activities and games, they teach students about sportsmanship, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Safety Supervision : Ensuring a safe environment during physical activities is crucial. Trainers oversee activities to prevent accidents and respond promptly to injuries or emergencies.
• Health Monitoring : They may observe students for signs of physical discomfort or health issues during activities, ensuring that everyone participates safely.
• Motivation and Encouragement : Trainers motivate students to participate actively in physical activities and strive for personal improvement in fitness goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
