About the job

Selected candidates' day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and manage websites in core PHP

2. Customize features inside existing websites using your core and advanced PHP experience

3. Work on coding to customize designs and develop functionalities

4. Build plugins and extensions

Required skills : Php, mysql, html, css, bootstrap, javascript, ajax and Good communication skills(English spoken & written skills)

Payment structure: During first 6 months: Rs 7,500 per month

This is how a career for a Trainee role, from fresher to senior most looks like in our company, and it's the same in most of the companies in IT.

In our company, a fresher can join as a Trainee. The stipend during this training period is Rs 7500 per month.

(The review based on work, culture-fit, and a few other parameters is done twice a year. If a candidate is not a right fit, scores in the lowest 50% we discontinue the traineeship. If a candidate is top 30%, we move them to the next level i.e. Trainee Analyst. If a candidate is in the middle, we need to let them stay as trainees and review in the next cycle which is after 6 months.

All of the below are reviewed once a year as a regular practice.
