Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development with Laravel:

• Assist in the development of web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Learn to design and implement basic APIs and integrate with databases.
• Support the maintenance and debugging of existing Laravel applications.
• Work with senior developers to improve code quality and performance.

Mobile Development with Flutter:

• Help build mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Assist in creating UI components based on design specifications.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs for data synchronization.
• Optimize mobile apps for performance and responsiveness across devices.

Collaboration and Learning:

• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and learning sessions.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers on projects.
• Assist in testing, bug fixing, and improving user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Contribute to documentation and ensure that code is maintainable and efficient.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Laravel Skills:

• Basic understanding of PHP and Laravel framework.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development.
• Some experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to learn about APIs, web services, and database queries.

Flutter Skills:

• Some experience with Flutter and Dart programming language.
• Familiarity with building simple mobile applications or apps with Flutter.
• Basic understanding of UI design principles for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of Flutter widgets, packages, and plugins is a plus.

General Skills:

• A passion for learning and improving programming skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Exposure to Git version control for code management.

o Experience with frontend technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

o Interest in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

o Understanding of Agile development processes is a plus.
