Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing high-quality photos and videos and producing visually compelling content that aligns with our brand vision and objectives. This role involves end-to-end management of the creative process, from pre-production to final editing.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography

• Plan, execute, and capture high-quality photos for events, products, portraits, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Edit and enhance photos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software to ensure professional quality.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.

Videography

• Record high-quality videos for a variety of purposes, including events, marketing campaigns, training materials, and social media.
• Conceptualize video ideas, develop storyboards, and plan shoots effectively.
• Ensure proper setup of lighting, sound, and other equipment during shoots.

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Incorporate motion graphics, effects, and animations using tools like After Effects (preferred).
• Optimize videos for various platforms (social media, websites, etc.), ensuring proper aspect ratios, formats, and quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Content Management

• Organize and manage an archive of photos and videos for easy access and retrieval.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in photography, videography, and editing techniques to ensure creative innovation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining visual branding across all media platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer and Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing photography and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail and composition.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends related to visual content.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in drone photography/videography (optional but a plus).
• Understanding of lighting and sound design.

Working Conditions

• Flexible to travel for on-location shoots.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends when required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Pay: ?9,730.65 - ?14,929.13 per month
