Job Summary:

We are seeking a Photography and Videography Specialist with a passion for capturing the essence of educational environments, student activities, and campus life. This role will involve producing high-quality photos and videos that represent our institution's culture, values, and events, along with managing and organizing visual data for archiving and marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will work closely with our communications and marketing team to document and highlight key moments in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography:
• Plan, set up, and execute photo shoots within the educational setting, including classrooms, events, workshops, and special occasions.
• Capture authentic and engaging images of students, faculty, and activities that reflect the institution's values and atmosphere.
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Videography:
• Produce and shoot videos for school events, promotional campaigns, and student stories.
• Direct and coordinate video shoots within classrooms and campus settings, ensuring all footage aligns with educational themes and objectives.
• Edit video content into compelling stories, integrating music, narration, and graphics to enhance the final output.
• Data Management and Archiving:
• Organize and manage an archive of digital assets, including photos, videos, and related files for easy access by the team.
• Tag, categorize, and label media files systematically, ensuring consistent storage and retrieval processes.
• Regularly update and maintain digital libraries to keep content organized, accurate, and ready for use in various projects.
• Collaborative Tasks:
• Work closely with the school's marketing, communications, and academic teams to develop content strategies and visually document key moments.
• Provide creative input for storytelling ideas, ensuring visuals capture the educational mission and enhance public engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to produce content suited for social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
