A Photographer will work with the Commercial Director or Director of Marketing & Communications to assist in the capture of events, promotions, and activities as per the need of communicationWhat will I be doing?Specifically, a Photographer will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:\xc2\xb7 Ideate, execute and edit photo and video format of communication for the hotel\xc2\xb7 Overlook trends and implement them\xc2\xb7 Review and edit the content\xc2\xb7 Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods\xc2\xb7 Archive and manage imagery\xc2\xb7 Capture events, promotions, and activities as per the need of communication\xc2\xb7 Attend departmental meetings and designated meetings as required\xc2\xb7 Overlook and manage third-party shoots to align with the brand standards\xc2\xb7 Maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and proceduresWhat are we looking for?A Photographer serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:\xc2\xb7 Proficient with traditional and modern equipment\xc2\xb7 Ability to capture professional photographs\xc2\xb7 Social media/Digital marketing experience\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Photoshop and other photography-specific software\xc2\xb7 Shooting, lighting, and printing skills\xc2\xb7 Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the production process for online publishing and various printing applications\xc2\xb7 Ability to juggle multiple tasks\xc2\xb7 Photography degree or similar\xc2\xb7 Proven professional shooting experienceIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous Hotel or leisure sector experience
• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Relevant degree, in marketing, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution
