Wedding Photographer

Responsibilities:

Capture authentic, unscripted moments during weddings and create styled, posed shots during pre-wedding events. Develop and execute creative photography compositions that highlight the unique emotions of each couple and event. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and guests during shoots to ensure a smooth experience.

Photo Editing:

Edit wedding photos with a focus on emotional storytelling and visual appeal. Retouch images to create polished, high-quality final photographs. Ensure timely delivery of edited images while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in wedding photography and editing. Expertise in: Camera operation (DSLR, Mirrorless) Photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) Image color correction and enhancement Strong storytelling and composition skills, with an ability to capture the essence of the event. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Portfolio showcasing wedding photography with candid, posed, and storytelling-driven work. Knowledge of wedding photography styles (e.g., traditional, photojournalistic, fine art). Experience with drone photography and aerial shots is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.) High-resolution photography (including 4K and HDR when applicable) Familiarity with: Lighting equipment (natural light, flashes, reflectors) Audio equipment for coordinating with videographers when necessary.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, guests, and fellow team members. Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic wedding environments. Creative problem-solving with attention to detail to ensure the best possible shots and photos.
