Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos to document events, programs, and projects that showcase the social impact of our initiatives. The role involves extensive travel to project sites in urban and rural areas, ensuring on-ground activities are well-documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of on-ground programs, events, and social initiatives.
• Travel extensively across project locations, including rural and remote areas, as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to provide visuals for reports, presentations, and social media campaigns.
• Edit and enhance images and videos to meet the organization's standards.
• Document diverse project activities, including community interactions, stakeholder engagements, and on-ground operations.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment and tools, ensuring readiness for travel and fieldwork.
• Build and organize a comprehensive visual database for efficient storage and retrieval.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background : Diploma/Degree in Photography, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience : 1-2 years of professional photography and video recording/editing experience.
• Proficiency in using professional cameras, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.
• Willingness to travel frequently to urban and rural project sites, sometimes on short notice.
• Ability to work in dynamic field conditions and adapt to diverse environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in documenting CSR or development sector projects.
• Knowledge of creating short documentaries or promotional videos.
• Familiarity with drone photography/videography (added advantage).
• Multilingual abilities to interact with local communities (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
