We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team and bring these moments to life.

Role Overview:

As a Photographer at •The Artless Weddings•, you will be responsible for photographing destination weddings, engagement sessions, and other related events. You will work closely with couples to understand their vision and capture their love story in a way that feels unique and timeless. Travel is a key part of the role, as we focus on destination weddings around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wedding & Event Photography:

Capture high-quality, candid, and posed photos during weddings, engagements, and other related events. Work with natural lighting and venue settings to produce stunning images that highlight the emotion and beauty of the occasion.

- Pre-Event Collaboration:

Meet with couples (virtually or in-person) prior to their wedding to discuss their vision, preferences, and specific requests for photography. Scout venues and locations as needed to plan for shots.

- Editing & Post-Production:

Edit and retouch photos using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) to ensure the final product meets the highest quality standards. Deliver final photos in a timely manner.

- Creative Direction & Style:

Work within the established visual style of •The Artless Weddings• while also bringing your creative input to each project. Keep up with the latest trends in wedding photography to ensure we're offering fresh and unique styles.

- Destination Travel & Logistics:

Be willing and available to travel for destination weddings. Coordinate with the team and clients regarding travel schedules, equipment needs, and shot lists for events.

- Collaboration with Videographers:

Collaborate with our filmmaking team to ensure that the photography and videography complement each other. Assist in setting up shots that align with both mediums where necessary.

- Client Relations & Professionalism:

Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with clients, guests, and event vendors. Ensure that clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident during photo sessions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in wedding photography or a related field, with a strong portfolio to showcase.

- Proficiency in photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, etc.) and editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop).

- Ability to work in various lighting conditions and adapt to different settings.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make clients feel comfortable in front of the camera.

- Excellent attention to detail and artistic vision.

- Willingness to travel for destination weddings (domestic and international).

- Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required):

- Experience with videography or filmmaking.

- Knowledge of drone photography/videography.

- Familiarity with different cultures and wedding traditions around the world.
