Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented Photographer Cum Editor to join our media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to produce high-quality images and videos. You will be responsible for Shooting, capturing, editing, and delivering compelling visual content that highlights our properties and enhances our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct site visits to capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, including interiors and exteriors.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and vision.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional materials, social media, events, and more.
• Operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Create engaging videography that showcases project features and highlights key selling points.
• Edit and retouch images and videos to ensure they meet our branding standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and brochures.
• Assist in the development of creative concepts for property presentations and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with the latest photography and videography trends and techniques to continuously improve our content quality.
• Manage and organize digital assets to maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in real estate or related fields.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with various filming styles (documentary, promotional, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their video and photo requirements.
