We are seeking a talented and creative photographer and videographer to join our dynamic team at Eumaxindia Private Limited, a leading digital marketing and event management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos for digital marketing campaigns, events, and promotional content. This position requires an eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to adapt to different styles and formats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Photography & Videography:
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for client events, corporate functions, promotional content, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute shoots based on project requirements, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production editing.
• Ensure that the visuals align with the brand's guidelines and vision.
• Work with the event and marketing teams to understand specific requirements and create visual content that resonates with the target audience.
• Post-Production:
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to create compelling visual stories.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) to deliver polished and professional results.
• Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring all content is properly labeled and archived.
• Event Coverage:
• Be present at various events, conferences, seminars, and live experiences to capture key moments and create engaging visual content for marketing and social media.
• Collaborate with the event management team to ensure smooth coverage of all aspects of the event.
• Be able to handle the fast-paced environment of events, with the ability to capture spontaneous and high-energy moments.
• Creative Input & Collaboration:
• Contribute ideas for creative concepts and execution for photoshoots and video productions.
• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and event management teams to ensure visual content aligns with client goals and company standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in photography, videography, and digital marketing to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Client Interaction:
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and deliver results that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Provide advice on the types of visuals needed based on event objectives or marketing goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer, preferably in a digital marketing or event management environment.
• Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong skills in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media trends and how to optimize visual content for digital platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a photography/videography role, with a portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in both areas.
• Experience in live event coverage and working with digital marketing campaigns is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
