We are looking for a skilled Retoucher to enhance and refine images to meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent editing skills, and experience in digital image retouching for various industries, including fashion, e-commerce, advertising, and editorial projects. Responsibilities:Retouch and enhance images, ensuring high-quality and consistent output.Perform color correction, background cleanup, and skin retouching while maintaining a natural look.Adjust lighting, shadows, and other elements to create visually appealing images.Collaborate with photographers, designers, and creative teams to meet project requirements.Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all images.Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Stay updated with the latest retouching techniques, tools, and industry trends. Requirements:Proven experience as a Retoucher or in a similar role.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other image editing software.Strong understanding of color grading, skin retouching, and image manipulation.Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.A portfolio showcasing previous retouching work is required.
