Job Title: Photoshop Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Photoshop Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and photo manipulation, with a deep knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. The Photoshop Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including graphics, advertisements, social media posts, website elements, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop and create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and artwork using Adobe Photoshop for both print and digital media.

Image Editing & Retouching: Perform photo editing, enhancement, and manipulation to ensure images align with brand standards and marketing goals.

Graphic Design: Design logos, banners, flyers, posters, social media images, email templates, and other marketing collateral.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to align designs with overall campaign strategies and objectives.

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand identity across all designs and ensure consistency across digital and print materials.

File Management: Organize and manage design files for easy access and ensure all assets are up to date and properly archived.

Creative Problem Solving: Propose innovative design solutions to meet client needs, with attention to detail and quality.

Responsive Design: Create designs optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring compatibility with web, mobile, and other platforms.

Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate client or team feedback into designs and make revisions as needed to meet expectations.

Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (and other Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience in Graphic Design (minimum 1+ years preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including photo manipulation, illustration, and digital artwork.

Creative flair and a strong attention to detail.

Understanding of design principles, such as typography, color theory, composition, and layout.

Experience with web and digital media design is a plus (UI/UX design, social media graphics, email marketing).

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web design or an understanding of web standards.

Knowledge of print production and preparing files for print (color modes, file formats, DPI).
