Job Overview:

We are looking for a

skilled Photo Editor & Album Designer

to join our photography studio in Narhe, Pune. The ideal candidate should have expertise in

photo editing, color correction, retouching, album designing, and layout creation

. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of wedding, maternity, and kids photography styles.

Photo Editing & Retouching:

Edit and retouch wedding, pre-wedding, maternity, and kids' photos. Perform color correction, skin smoothing, background enhancement, and other retouching techniques. Maintain consistency in editing style as per studio standards.

Album Designing:

Design

creative and visually appealing wedding albums

using software like

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, or Album Design Software

. Arrange images in a storytelling format that enhances the emotional impact of the shoot. Collaborate with photographers and clients to finalize album layouts.

Studio Photo Editing & Workflow Management:

Edit studio portraits for newborn, maternity, and kids' photography. Ensure

fast and high-quality turnaround

of edited images for clients. Organize and maintain a proper backup system for all images and albums.

Client Coordination & Customization:

Understand client preferences and incorporate them into album design and editing. Make revisions based on client feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Album Design Software (like SmartAlbums, Canvera, or Karizma Album).
?

Experience in:

Photo retouching, color correction, and creative album layouts.
?

Strong understanding of:

Wedding, maternity, and kids photography aesthetics.
?

Ability to:

Meet deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple projects.
?

Attention to Detail:

Ensure high-quality output with a keen eye for details.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum

1-2 years

of experience in professional photo editing and album designing.
Experience in

wedding and portrait photography editing

is a plus.
