JD:
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Managed a full fledged work force of 20+ team members and team leads both full time and contractual.
- Identifying key categories and accounts with larger volumes in the SME segment and driving them to closure with the team.
- Creating leads pipeline for the team and identifying the untapped markets and different partnerships
- Managing stakeholders both inside and outside the organization
- Drive key campaigns and communicate analyze the impact of the same
- Should be strong with numbers and metrics
- Giving visibility to the senior management about the market trends and merchants asks.
- Collaborating with internal teams across functions such Product , Business finance , Onboarding , Legal etc
- Unblocking the team when they are stuck both internally and externally
- Driving horizontal initiatives for the team
- Tracking metrics , performance and pipeline very closely with the teams
- Work towards monthly planning exercises on numbers .
- Identify key product must haves and gaps and presenting a business case against it
- Sales Experience in Fintech sector is preferable especially Payments
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill Flexible, self-driven, and proactive
