Minimum Qualification : Graduate, MBA (Marketing)
Minimum Experience: 8+ years of experience in retail industry, gift card selling, entertainment industry.
Special Skills/Attributes:
(Required for performing the job effectively) - Knowledge of gift cards selling & Advertising
- Knowledge of product launch and marketing
- Knowledge of market research, marketing strategies
- Experience in framing sales budgets and achievements
- Experience building, executing and scaling gift card sales funnel
Overall Purpose/Objective:
Of the job Responsible for the overall gift card sales and growth, tie ups and marketing across all sales channels
Key Responsibilities :
(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) - Overall responsibility for planning, Budgeting and sales of gift cards etc
- You will own the P&L (profit and loss) statement for Gift crads
- Framing Gift cards Annual budgets & operating plan
- Responsible for target achievements, Strategic tie-ups, Corporates sales, and growth of gift cards sales across various offline and online platforms
- Build relations with existing corporates and various partners and scale up sales pipeline to ensure constant business of gift cards
- Work with centers marketing and other cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of sales and agreed marketing plans
- Monitor market, carry out competitor mapping to gain competitive advantage on ongoing basis
- Explore Alliances and tie up for the product
- Online Selling of Product om Various Marketplaces
