Transferring general calls to various departments
Handling all external & internal calls
Communicating repeat sample request, critical call outs & delay in reporting
Communicating duplicate & urgent requests to the section and SR
Give and organize appointment for home collection on phone
Informing about the tests offered to referring clinicians/patient/ sales person
Resolving patients queries related to the tests, test charges, reports etc with promptness and attention so as to leave a healthy and professional impression of the organization and increase business
Learning about organization products and services and keeping up-to-date with any changes.
Collecting & collating data on repeat jobs / specific complaints & discuss the same with respective HODs.
Entertain request for addition, deletion or alteration of tests in coordination with sections and SR
Distribute and collect feedback from patients and analyze the same.
