Job Description

We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for various laboratory tests and procedures while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples using proper techniques and equipment (e.g., venipuncture, fingersticks). Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens. Prepare and maintain all phlebotomy equipment and supplies. Deliver or ship samples to laboratories in accordance with guidelines. Maintain accurate records of patient data and blood draws. Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times. Provide excellent patient service and support, particularly for those who may be anxious.
