Phlebotomist
Job Description
Responsibilities:-
u Responsible for sample collection in OPD and outside visits for home collection.
u Responsible for sample collections from Small Lab and Medicine Stores for outsourcing of Test(POT-Point for outsourcing of Test)
u Ensuring timely collections of samples from POTs and Ensuring timely delivery of reports;
u Immediate responding to the direction of Front Desk Executive for home collection and sample collections from Small Lab and Medicine Stores for outsourcing of Tests(POTs)
u Keep and maintain adequate quantity of blood collection kits (USB kits), other accessories (tourniquet, gloves, cotton, etc) to service leads/ order received.
u Maintain records of daily leads serviced, reports delivered and to communicate the same as daily report.
u Accept cash from customer during home collection & provide receipt.
u To ensure proper work order entry of leads at the Laboratory.
u To ensure payments collected from customer, be deposited with cashier at the close of business.
u Maintain hygiene in the sample collection lab.
u Maintain highest Quality control standards.
u Perform duties in rotation including emergencies etc..
u Proper maintenance of the sample collection unit equipment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
