Key Responsibilities :-

Perform venipunctures, finger sticks, and other blood collection techniques as required.

Greet patients, explain procedures, and answer any questions to ensure a comfortable and positive experience.

Follow all safety protocols, including proper sanitization and disposal of needles and biohazardous materials.

Accurately label and document collected specimens, ensuring proper identification and tracking.

Deliver specimens to the laboratory in a timely manner, ensuring they are handled and processed according to lab requirements.

Monitor and manage phlebotomy supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.

Assist patients who may feel faint or ill during or after the blood draw, providing necessary support or notifying medical staff.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed as per facility guidelines.

Qualifications :

Certification: DMLT / BSc MLT

Experience Level: Fresher to 01 Year of phlebotomy experience.

Skills:

Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with patients of all ages.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Familiarity with lab protocols and blood sample handling.

Accuracy in labeling, documentation, and following procedures.

Ability to stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
