Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Phlebotomist/ lab technicians to join our healthcare team. The Mobile Phlebotomist will be responsible for visiting patients at their preferred locations to collect blood samples for medical testing. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care and service to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to patient's homes or workplaces to collect blood samples
• Perform blood collection procedures using venipuncture techniques
• Ensure patient's comfort and safety during the procedure
• Label and store blood samples properly for transportation to the laboratory
• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient information, test results, and specimen collection
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols and procedures
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition
• Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay updated with the latest phlebotomy techniques and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Phlebotomy Training Program or equivalent
• Valid certification in phlebotomy
• Minimum of one year of experience as a mobile phlebotomist
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Must be willing to work in different locations and travel to patient's homes or workplaces

Compensation: The shift time for Mobile Phlebotomists can be a bit stretched, but they will be paid overtime charges and collection-wise allowance. The compensation package will be competitive and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
