Job Description

Minimum of 7+ years and maximum of 10 Yrs. as total experience. Of this minimum 4-6

Yrs. Experience on Gulf Design projects.

? Qualification - B. E / B. TECH (Mechanical)
Expertise in computer skills, MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks & BIM360 platform (Must have skills in bold)

Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and

schedule.

? To provide planning, support & develop of concept, schematic & detailed designing of

PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING systems for commercial, retail, hospital and residential &

high rise projects with the team assigned.

- Experience in plumbing design including but not limited to design of water supply,

sewerage and drainage, medical gas, LPG/NG system including necessary

calculations. Detail drawing layouts for internal & external water and drainage

system.

- Experience in fire protection systems design including but not limited to design of

sprinklers, external & internal hydrant system, fire pump & tank systems design and

hydraulic calculations using Elite software

- Experience in preparing swimming pool & water feature design & layouts.

? Ability to work independently or as a part of a team

? Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team's work by supervising and guiding

team to meet overall project objectives.

? Have effective written, communication & coordination skills with multi-disciplines on

projects

? Responsible for production of design output & reviewing of team work.

? Do resource allocation for the projects with allotted budget and man-hours.

? Expertise in computer skills, MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks & BIM360 platform

? Backing the design team efforts & guiding them to ensure completeness and accuracy of

design effort

? Responsible for compliance with company QA/QC procedures & its implementation.

? Qualification - B. E / B. TECH (Mechanical)

? Proficiency in engineering standard codes & practices (National & International) and all

relevant authorities' guidelines

? Assists with project management duties.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
