Job Overview:

We are seeking a PhD in Computer Science to advance the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning algorithms for optimizing the research and development process related to Rare Earth Free Permanent Magnets and electric motor design. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing intelligent systems for data analysis, predictive modeling, and simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI and machine learning algorithms to support the research and development of permanent magnets and motor systems.
• Develop and integrate software tools for data collection, processing, and analysis in magnetism and energy-related research.
• Optimize computational models and simulations to predict material behavior and performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI models into the research pipeline for design improvements.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals in AI, machine learning, and computational science.
• Contribute to the development of smart algorithms for efficient energy use in electric vehicles and renewable energy applications.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science with a focus on machine learning, AI, or computational science.
• Strong experience in designing and deploying AI/ML models, particularly in materials science, optimization, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, C++, Java) and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience in high-performance computing, parallel computing, or simulation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets and complex models.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
