Anvi Newborn and Child Hospital is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Pharmacy Sales Executive to join our in-house pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily sales operations within the pharmacy, assisting customers with their pharmaceutical needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing pharmaceutical products.
• Provide information on the proper use, dosage, and side effects of medications.
• Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, checking for expired products, and placing orders.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the pharmacy's point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to their prescriptions or purchases.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the correct dispensing of medications.
• Stay updated on new pharmaceutical products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their uses.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and pharmacy management software.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
