Location: Thane Clinic

Role Overview

This role combines pharmacy duties with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist with daily pharmacy activities and support administrative functions, working closely with clinic doctors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Duties:
• Assist patients by taking prescriptions from doctors in person and over the phone.
• Measure and mix drugs according to prescriptions.
• Package, label, and dispense medications accurately.
• Check inventory and restock drugs and other items as needed.
• Monitor expiration dates and properly dispose of expired medications.
• Assist customers in finding what they need or refer them to the pharmacist for further assistance.
• Use a cash register and maintain records for reference.
• Administrative Duties:
• Handle front desk activities and provide general assistance.
• Maintain patient case papers.
• Write letters and memos, prepare receipts and invoices, and file orders.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance work of the clinic.
• Keep daily attendance records for the clinic.
• Deposit daily cash to the bank.
• Coordination:
• Work in coordination with and under the supervision of clinic doctors.

Specifications

• Immediate or Maximum 1 Week Joiners Preferred
• Known Languages: English, Gujrati, Hindi
• Minimum Qualification: D. Pharma
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in a pharmacy role

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM (Week Day Off)

Saturday and Sunday compulsory work days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
